Wuya Sao Kallon

Wuya Sao Kallon is a seasoned grant and finance specialist and an Accountant who holds a BSc. Hons in Applied Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management. She brings a wealth of experience, particularly in the financial oversight and strategic management required for non profit and development work. Her core expertise lies in assisting organizations with grant application submissions, budget writing and development, robust budget management, and meticulous financial report writing to meet strict donor compliance requirements. Further demonstrating her capabilities, Wuya served as the Acting Manager and Finance Officer at the Center for Memory and Reparations, Sierra Leone's leading organization for facilitating healing and recovery narratives after the civil war. In this critical role, she was instrumental in managing the organization's financial health and ensuring accountability across its vital programs. She also contributes her expertise as an Advisory Board member for Strong Girls Evolution.
